Turn 180 degree..

Salam,

After finish up set up RAS system in UPM, i have a problem to get Kelah broodstocks in here. I don't get enough matured broodstock for the experiment. Then i have called up from Sarawak that have enough broodstocks for the experiment. There is a company named LTT Aquaculture Farm that have large Kelah broodstock pond. I have to travel to Bumi kenyalang to begin my work. In here there are a lots of broodstock around 400. In addition they have F1 generation broodstock that none of people ever breed before.  In here no technology and facilities to to breed the Kelah, lets say we start from 0. The owner want to cooperate with UPM to produce F2 generation babies. The F1 generation were transfer from Tarat Indegenous Fisheries Centre, Serian SARAWAK. After a long discussion with the owner they agree to further the breeding activities. I have to stay in here about one month and every 2 month i have to go back here until one year to complete the research.

At first i feel so burden but after that i feel like home and more happening after i got step family which work in here. i don't have worried about the food halal or not because they are Islam...hehehe.

In the beginning i have a lots of troublesome because of the fish not matured enough and produce unripened eggs. Breeding performance of F1 generation Kelah depend on their eggs quality. After 2-3 times tried it again , i found the right hormone to induce this fish and produce good quality of eggs. I'm so exited at that time and wait until all the fish get ready.  I can claim that i can produce F2 generation of the Malaysian Mahseer.

To be continue...After this i will story about why this fish really difficult and complicated to breed..Actually, its not difficult as you thing,,,Its simple as A, B and C.
